Top Ten Tuesday!

So I saw this blog trend recently, about Top Ten Tuesday…and I thought heck, let’s jump in and join the crazy bookie band wagon…coz why not? 🤷🏻‍♀️

In case you haven’t heard of it….let me tell you what it’s about. So Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Basically, each week a new topic is given by above blogger and I then will respond here on my blog with my Top Ten’s. Why do I feel like I’m going to struggle with this haha? But ultimately it sounds like fun!

Today’s topic is:

Book Covers with Spring Colours/Vibes

Gah, this is going to be a tough one for me because I generally don’t think of that, when I look at a cover 😂🙈 …I just go oooohhh pretty! So I may only do five…let’s see how I do. 😂

Oh and also, all images are clickable to Amazon, so you can check them out if you need some Spring reading 😁 ….also a shout out to a fellow book dragon: Jeannie Anderson who helped to get my brain ticking by sharing some of her thoughts with me! Thanks chica! 😘

1. Evermore Academy: Spring by Audrey Grey

This choice is mainly in the title, I suppose. But the floating dandelions really does bring a very Spring vibe for me. Isn’t that cover gorgeous by the way? 😍 You definitely need to read this series, if you haven’t already!

2. Switched (Trylle 1) by Amanda Hocking

The forest and butterflies have me thinking of Spring time. Is that just me? It’s been like forever since I read these books.

3. The Fiery Heart (Bloodlines 4) by Richelle Mead

Haha this one is a fairly out of the box thinking…But here in Australia our Spring is quite hot. So the colours and flowers were the main thought process behind this one.

4. Bright Wicked by Everly Frost

Honestly if this doesn’t scream Spring I don’t know what will? Amazing book too just sayin’ 😉

5. Shadow of the Fae (The Fae Chronicles 1) by Valia Lind

With all those blooming flowers…my brain is thinking this is perfect for spring! I haven’t read this book yet coz it’s not out yet…but it sounds AMAZING! Will be released at the end of month. You guys should check it out. Just click on the image below.

6. Shadow of the Fae (The Fae Chronicles 1) by Valia Lind

This ones a highly anticipated read for next year. First off, I just love this cover. It’s so gorgeous and really catches my attention. The colours and such used, really gives me a spring vibe. Although, I’m not really sure if that’s just me. What’s your thoughts?

Well, I was able to come up with six, one more than I expected of myself lol…but I just can’t think of anymore. If you had to chose ten, what would yours be? Tell me I need to know these things. Pretty please comment below, I’d love to hear yours. 🙂
