I absolutely loved so much about this book and the only reason I’m setting it at this score, is because I just know it’s going to get so much better. So it feels wrong, marking it as a 5…because then, in my opinion, it doesn’t show the story’s growth to its fullest. Hence I’m gonna stick with this rating…but my words! You guys have to read this book! If you love Shifter and bonded mates you’ll gobble this one up like you’ve been deprived of your favourite chocolate cake. And you’ll eat it all up without a worry for your safety because nothing else will matter.

Okay, so I’m going to be honest here and say health is truly 100% kicking me around, so this isn’t going to quite like my usual rambles. Pain is high, sleep has been even worse than my usual, and my heads been woozy and out of it…fun times lol. I’m really struggling to pull words from my brain. It’s like pulling teeth without the right equipment. Painful and deeply ineffective. So I’m sorry about that. Please don’t think my lacking words is a bad thing for the book…but let’s move on to more important things…

Awww my sweet shifter heart 😍🥰. The finale for Nai and Rage’s story is just absolutely perfect. I honestly, loved how Leia and Raye wrapped this world up. That ending…and how everything was fixed has my heart all happy. Couldn’t have imagined it any better. My little inner self is totally happy crying right now. But there’s plenty of sad tears too…coz I don’t think I was even a little ready for it to end.

Gah, I can’t even. I. Can’t. Even. Seriously guys. This is the absolute best! I stupidly thought I was prepared for literally anything but…alas, I really wasn’t. There is no way to prepare for this, at all. This book had me coming, going and ranging from so many different emotions, that half the time…I probably wouldn’t be able to narrow it down to just one emotion; because I was feeling the whole kit and caboodle. It’s a story that will have you feeling all the feels and sorry, but you cannot escape it…that ball of emotion will chase you down.

Who’s ready for round two, in Lost Girl? This story just got better. I’m rating it a 4.8 ⭐️ but I’ll just mark it as 5 since rounding up and all that haha. But oh boy, how seriously unaware and unprepared I was for this book. I loved it so much more than Wolf Girl. The intensity level spikes a fair amount in this one, which I really loved…and downtime? What even is that? It’s an unknown term in this book lol…If it’s not one thing, it’s most definitely something else. And then this ↓ equals me.

Man! I don’t even know where to start with this book! But I can tell you, it is an absolutely phenomenal read. This book tore at my heart and I could barely process all that Leia puts us and her characters through. Like my brain truly stopped processing right at the end. I couldn’t even rant. It just ended up being a few short messages that I sent to a friend. I think it went something like. “Oh damn.” “My heart.” “It legit hurts.” That ending. Just…I’m not okay with that. I don’t wanna wait until February for my answers. That seems really far away. Like soooo far away!
